Jen really went the extra mile as the agent selling us our new home. Not only does Jen know the area like the back of her hand, she was always one step ahead of the game in terms of what was happening in the local market. Compared to other agents we met with, Jen has an excellent recall of property sales in the surrounding suburbs and she really understood what sort of home would appeal to us. We were really impressed with Jen's dedication during the settlement process - she was in constant communication with us and she took care of all the little things (like bins, and keys, and odd jobs) while the settlement ticked on over Christmas. Although we are not planning to sell anytime soon, we would use Jen if we were because she really marketed our house well for sale and we've seen her do that consistently at other home opens over the past few months. I had a number of sprucing up jobs to be done on the property to bring it up to its best Jen had a few contacts whom she recommended and coordinated the doing of the jobs.
