Jenelle Montgomerie is a sleazy real estate agent, driven solely by “closing deals” without considering the needs of her clients. She lacks professionalism, integrity, & courtesy, and is unable to manage her temper in the face of conflict. Despite acting as a point of contact between her clients & their solicitors, she will not stop to give her opinion on dealings that lay outside of her jurisdiction. Working with her has been unbearable, with condescending and rude remarks being made when “supporting” her first home buyers. I will definitely not be using Jenelle’s services in the future, and hope she learns basic customer service skills for the sake of Soames’ future clients.
Jenelle could not have been more helpful throughout the whole buying process. As a first home buyer she made the experience stress free and was always happy to assist promptly with any queries. Very happy!
