At one point my mother told Emily she was going to have a heart attack if things did not happen!! Emily immediately dropped everything and came to my mother's aid and reassured her that things were progressing well. Communication with the buyers was acted on promptly in her calm, professional manner. Emily went above and beyond in achieving an excellent outcome for my mother. Definitely would recommend.
