What attracted us initially to Emily was when, at open homes, I mentioned we would be selling soon, she showed interest but didn’t harass us in any way, as did others. Very professional! We followed Chris and Emily’s advice re preparing our home for sale. Advice which effectively brightened our home making it more universally desirable. What became obvious quite early on was Chris and Emily’s depth of knowledge with the market through many years of experience in the Pennant Hills area. It was a difficult time to sell with the national market downturn but, with their team, Chris and Emily persistently did all they could with clear, honest and timely communication keeping us well informed every step of the way. There was always a feeling of positivity. Throughout the journey, I always felt supported by Emily. She walked beside me with wisdom, care and friendship. A trusting relationship between seller and agent. Effective!

I knew I wanted Chris and Emily to handle our sale. Having met with them previously and knowing their in-depth experience and knowledge of the suburb, they were always my first choice. The place they hold in our community and having handled many local friend’s sales and purchases meant that I knew we’d be in the best hands. Chris and Emily worked tirelessly, and communicated with us extensively, to ensure they got us the best possible outcome in a very challenging market. My favourite comment of Chris’s was “we are not giving this house away!” They saw the value and understood that ours was a well loved home and needed the right people to come along and be the next custodians of it. They got that result and we are so grateful for the care, compassion and patience he demonstrated in making sure the buyer was right. I can’t thank or recommend Chris and Emily enough. The next chapter can now begin!

Emily was a delight to work with during the sale of the family home of 38 years for my elderly mother. I live in the Riverina and the problem was compounded by the fact my mother does not have access to a computer. Emily was very prompt in returning calls, communicating with both of us every step of the sales process and assisted my mother in every way to allay her fears and anxiety of such a big move. At one point my mother told Emily she was going to have a heart attack if things did not happen!! Emily immediately dropped everything and came to my mother's aid and reassured her that things were progressing well. Communication with the buyers was acted on promptly in her calm, professional manner. Emily went above and beyond in achieving an excellent outcome for my mother. Definitely would recommend.
