We met Jenni initially at a couple of local open houses and immediately took to her friendly manner and good humour. We arranged a meeting to discuss our own plans for our house, and Jenni and her colleague Scott spent some time with us helping us focus our renovation plans for best outcome. Quite some months later when we were ready to sell we naturally appointed Jenni. She took on the sale with enthusiasm and energy without any hint of self-serving salesmanship. She sold our house in only three weeks and negotiated a price that I would describe as shy of what we'd hoped but quite acceptable given that late Autumn is not the best time to be selling. Jenni helped us out with great advice along the way, recommending trades people and later helped negotiate with stagers, loaned us her leaf blower and a cafe table and chairs. We threw a curve at her by leaving the country for the first two weekends of open houses which she handled seemingly effortlessly. Jenni really knows the market in the Dandenongs and works hard for her clients.
As the purchaser I would have to say that Jenni was dedicated to meeting the needs of her Vendor and I believe she achieved a great outcome for them. Jenni had a good knowledge of the area and answered all questions promptly.
Jenni helped me to sell my house when I was in great a hurry to do so. I had already bought a new place and thus needed to sell immediately. However I was overwhelmed and stressed by what needed to be done. Jenny helped me to put things into perspective and guided me as to what was the minimum I needed to do given my particular circumstances. She also worked hard to get everything done from her side in a very timely manner. Her personal/professional manner was VERY good. She is well presented and was always pleasant to deal with. She came across as an earnest person, and personally I value this. I am a fussy person, and I am not always the easiest person to deal with - but I would certainly have Jenni back as my agent - there is nothing to fault. Thanks Jenni and good luck. You are a nice lady and are also VERY good at the job, which I mentioned to you a few times along the way. Jenni has a good blend of ALL the characteristics needed for this job. I also got the $$price I wanted !!! During the process I noticed that she looked after my interests, AND also the interests of the purchaser (i.e., she went out of her way to get their questions answered, special openings etc). I think this is important, because for a sale to go well the purchaser needs to fell well looked after too. She made special efforts for me and those interested in my property.
