Jenni was helpful in coming around with the papers to sign. However, having vendors overseas made communication difficult and meant we had to sign twice. She was easy to contact and answered calls however, I suggest in future, vendors should at least be in the country! While it was not Jenni's fault, it does make your office look unprofessional when you have not addressed this to the correct people.

Jenni consistently kept us updated and nothing was ever too hard for her. I understand real estate agents are busy and work long hours, but Jenni never demonstrated this. She had all the time in the world for my partner and I. We never felt we were in the dark through the process of purchasing our first home. When/if there ever comes a time that we need to sell a home we will undoubtedly go through fletchers.

Jenny helped us with the purchase of our first home. From the start she was very helpful and met us at the house on several occasions for extra viewings, met us locally to sign papers and even met us on her day off to save us a drive. However, we were unable to get to the house for a final inspection and Jenni assured us that the vendor would remove all the junk that he had left under the house, we took her word for this, only to move in and find that it was still all there. We had to hire a 4 cubic meter skip at our own cost and there is still more. All of a sudden emails and phone calls were going unananswered, and Fletchers initially indicated they may cover the cost, but have since sent us away.

I found Jenni to be very respectful of our requests. Very helpful in all areas and not push or overbearing at all. She did exactly what was asked of her which was to sell our house for the best possible price with minimal intrusion or impact on our lives, cant recommend her or the company any higher.
