Jenni was helpful in coming around with the papers to sign. However, having vendors overseas made communication difficult and meant we had to sign twice. She was easy to contact and answered calls however, I suggest in future, vendors should at least be in the country! While it was not Jenni's fault, it does make your office look unprofessional when you have not addressed this to the correct people.

Jenni consistently kept us updated and nothing was ever too hard for her. I understand real estate agents are busy and work long hours, but Jenni never demonstrated this. She had all the time in the world for my partner and I. We never felt we were in the dark through the process of purchasing our first home.
