Jenni Ter Haar from Stone Real Estate truly earned this glowing five-star review for her outstanding support in helping my wife and me purchase our first home in Beveridge’s Mandalay Estate. As first-time buyers, we were initially overwhelmed by the home-buying process, but Jenni transformed it into a seamless, exciting, and stress-free journey. Her unparalleled knowledge of the local market being Mandalayians herself and keen understanding of our needs led us to the perfect property that fit both our vision and budget. Jenni’s patience, clear communication, and infectious enthusiasm were game-changers. She took the time to break down every step, from inspections to contracts, patiently addressing our many questions without ever making us feel rushed. Her extensive network of trusted local contacts also ensured a smooth transition into our new home. What truly sets Jenni apart is her warmth and genuine care—she treated us like family, celebrating our milestones and making us feel valued beyond just being clients. For anyone seeking a professional, approachable, and dedicated real estate agent in Melbourne’s North, Jenni Ter Haar is the absolute best choice. She’s a true gem who made our dream of homeownership a reality. We’re beyond thrilled to be settled in our beautiful new home and can’t thank Jenni enough for her exceptional service. We wholeheartedly recommend her to any first-time buyer!

We met Jenni 12 months before we purchased our new home. Jenni always kept in touch and kept us updated with properties she had coming up and spent time (even after hours) to show us through properties. Jenni is very knowledgeable and highly recommend her if you are buying or selling. Very appreciative to Jenni and her time that she spent helping us find our new home.

Jenni recently sold our home, amazingly even before it officially went on the market! The whole process was so easy, and Jenni went over and above for us, taking care of so many details that we couldn’t as we no longer lived close. We will be forever grateful for the service provided to us by Jenni

Simple words cannot express the gratitude and appreciation I have for Jenni. Not only professionally but on a personal level too. Jenni worked tirelessly to ensure my beautiful wife and I sold the house for a price we deserved. Jenni is that one in a million who deeply cares about her clients and genuinely cares about their future and happiness. If there was ever to be a new Marvel Superhero it has to be Jenni Ter Haar! Changer of lives and provider of opportunity. Jenni ensured my wife a positive and beautiful future by selling our home for top dollar in a market that seemed dull and dim. From start to finish she ensured that we would be okay and Jenni worked tirelessly night and day to make sure we sold the house to a beautiful young couple deserving of our home. We cannot thank Jenni enough and if anyone needs reassurance on finding the very best real estate agent then look no further because Jenni is your girl! Rain , hail or sunshine she will be there fighting to find you the right home or sell your home to move onto your next chapter in life. Jenni offered a loving and family feel into a tough and daunting experience for us and we owe her everything. Thank you Jenni for everything! You deserve everything good that comes your way and Adriana and I will forever be grateful and appreciate every step you helped us walk.

What a wonderful experience having Jenni as our estate agent which culminated in Jenni achieving a fantastic result in selling our home. Jenni made the whole selling process smooth and stress free and always went far and beyond for both us and any potential buyers. We highly recommend Jenni to anyone looking to sell or purchase a new home

I had to make a difficult decision to sell my beloved home in the Mandalay Estate at Beveridge. Jenni being a local and knowing the price I needed to get to allow me to downsize just made it happen. Your experience in the real estate world is vast and I so appreciated how you kept my costs to a minimum and eventually sold Off Market for the price I needed to get. I consider Jenni a friend also now. Thank you so much Jenni 😊 I finally have unpacked the boxes and settled into my new apartment and life.

Jenni is truly incredible at what she does, her expertise and knowledge of the market is extremely helpful. We recently brought a property through Jenni and she was absolutely incredible. She answered any questions we had day and night, was in constant communication and helped us so much throughout the process. Without her help and guidance we wouldn’t have secured the property.

Has been very supportive and always was very honest. Great service.

Jenni's market knowledge is first rate. Without her we would not have reached our sale price. Her advice was invaluable.

Jenni made it her goal to sell our beloved home to a very deserving family. She was nothing less than professional with her personalised approach to achieve our goals. It was a smooth and seamless process. We sold our house for top dollar and couldn’t be anymore appreciative of Jenni’s hard work. We are so grateful that we found the perfect person to help us throughout this journey of ours. Jenni deserves all the praise she gets and definitely the best realestate agent in Beveridge. Thanks again Jenni and we wish you nothing but the very best! Anyone reading this review should know you are in safe hands and she will go far above and beyond to sell your house. Thanks again!

Jenny got exactly the price I was after in a market where not alot of properties were selling. She works 24/7 and is flexible in meeting with prospective buyers. Would recommend!
