I recently sold my house in Mandalay Estate with the help of Jenni Ter Haar, agent of Stone Real Estate, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. She was professional, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to ensuring a smooth and successful sale. Highly recommend!

As a first-time home buyer, I could not have hoped to encounter a better agent than Jenni. Her knowledge of both Beveridge and the surrounding suburbs, schools for my daughter and shopping and entertainment facilities are beyond exceptional. Her recommendations for trade professional and other services that I may wish to use in the future shows both that she listens to what the buyer 's needs are when buying a home and how much she cares about her greater community and the people in it. Jenni has always been available when I have had any questions relating to the property and beyond. I could not recommend a better agent to sell or buy a property from. Her knowledge, communication and professionalism is 5 Star. Thank you for making our first home buy such a great experience!

Jenni was fantastic to deal with, her level of communication was fantastic. From someone selling their first home, this was very important for me and I’m very grateful for the result.

Great communication, understanding and compassion with our unique circumstances.

I cannot speak highly enough of the personalised service provided to us by Jenni. She went above and beyond what I would expect from an agent, I was in poor health throughout our sales campaign and Jen did so much to help alleviate the pressure. Jen is knowledgeable, professional and compassionate, she is always willing to go the extra mile for her clients.

Jenny was fantastic and stuck to her guns and didn’t price drop us. Our process took 3 months and she got us what we wanted. Thank you so much Jenny we are very happy and will recommend you to everyone!!

We can't thank Jenni enough for her support, knowledge and professionalism. Jenni kept us well informed at all times and was always willing to help. Her calm demeanor and eagerness to get us the best result possible never wavered. Jenni understands the market and her contacts in the industry are extensive, which helped get us an amazing result. Thank you Jenni.

We lost our home to a fire. Being a resident in our estate, Jenni reached out and offered assistance in finding us accomodation immediately. After getting us a wonderful rental, when it came time to sell our block of land after the home was demolished, we had no thoughts of any other agent. Jenni's campaign was awesome, and in a market where land was not selling easily, we managed a great result. We couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism that we received from Jenni, and would recommend her to any of our family and friends.

Jenni is trustworthy, has the utmost knowledge, tenacious, patience and kind. We had excellent communication throughout the process. Thank you Jenni, for your above and beyond work!

Jenni made me feel comfortable and up to date with all information both with the sale of our block and with the houses for sale in the area. Would recommend her as she made this experience easy.
