Good communication and regular feedback. Really bright, passionate and enthusiastic throughout - and genuinely a lovely person ! Everything is organised really quickly by the team, and also lovely. You need to know your market because agents will try to reduce your expectations and reduce your selling price rather than get buyers to pay more. I disagree with comparing your house to one that is sold by the agent therefore you are pidgeon-holed into a valuation for a house that is nothing like the one you are selling. i was also surprised at the initial meeting everything was described as great about my house, after I signed up and a price guide below my expectations was suggested , which I disagreed with, then I was told all of the bad things about my house. Its a sales game at the end of the day in which there were a lot of buyers who were were believing that they could buy my house for a price guide stated by the agent which was much less than I was prepared to accept. I was lucky that someone valued my house enough to pay the price I wanted. Jennifer is recommended by me ! Always contactable, and generous with her time considering she is very busy.

When we decided to sell our home of 18 years to downsize, and after some research into agents in our area, we interviewed a short list of three, one of which was Jennifer Carr. Her agency ( which has been around for as long as I can remember) had a local shopfront and office and they were handling the majority of house sales in our area, so potential buyers could cover many properties with a single agent, hence giving us a large database of prospective buyers.
