we appointed Jennifer to sell our rather large home at West pennant hills after, earlier, another agency failed to make any inroads despite more favorable market conditions. Jennifer and William handled the process with absolute dedication and commitment. Very early in the marketing process, they realized that our home deserves special attention, much more than the run of the mill OPEN HOUSE approach. they conducted numerous private inspections at times suitable to potential purchasers. No day of the week or time of the day was trouble to them, even if this was late Sunday afternoon. Jennifer Suggested a marketing plan costing less than half what we paid the first agency and providing 4 times the exposure. in the end, experience yielded results. Jennifer's commission structure may have been slightly higher than other agents, but combined with marketing outlay, Louis and Carr delivered much better value for money.
