I found Jennifer to open and honest throughout the whole sales process. She followed up on everything and her communication was excellent. I really felt she was working with us to get the best result for my Dad. The unit sold within 2 weeks for a solid price. I would be surprised if any agent could have done better.

We met Jennifer Pearce a while ago at an Open Inspection and I made a mental note that if we ever sold she would be the one I would call. After holidaying in Queensland earlier this year and having such a great time we decided that we would move there and be warmer all year round. On our return to Malmsbury I found a brochure of hers in letterbox and thought this is too good. I rang her and asked her to visit and give us an appraisal. This she did and we were very happy with the realistic price she set. We set about getting house ready and all the advertising was set up. We were explained all the costs involved and it all sounded good. We were lucky in that first people to look wanted to buy our home. Jennifer is very professional in her approach to all aspects of sale and was always available to contact. Her staff are impeccable and you can see that comes from Jennifer. We would recommend Jennifer in a heart beat as her knowledge is at at a very top level especially in the Macedon Ranges area.

She is a lovely person and she has been fantastic throughout the process so far.
