I didn't realise buying a house was that easy. Jennifer led us through every step of the way without any problems at all. From the inspections we had, the negotiations to agree on a price, the contract of sale, Sec 32, etc - everything was made easy for us. The 2 major standouts were; 1) communication - Jennifer kept us informed at every stage of the process. When things went a little slow she again touched base to let us know what was happening; 2) what I considered above & beyond our expectations was Jennifer's liaison with our solicitors & bank manager to ensure the whole process kept flowing.
