Purchasing a property in Kyneton

When I commenced my search in Kyneton to purchase a property, I visited all agents in the area to introduce myself. I found Jennifer Pearce to be very engaging and down to earth. I looked through one property with Jennifer which didn't suit me but Jennifer listened to what features I was looking for in a house because she rang me soon after on one Saturday afternoon to let me know that a house has just come on the market that she thought 'had my name on it'. We agreed to meet on the next working day, which was on a Monday and by the end of the day I was the owner of a new house. After almost 3 months of searching, I had finally found the one. Jennifer had remembered what I had told her previously - that I wanted an open plan kitchen, dining area and willing to undertake a small project. This house fitted the bill perfectly. Through the negotiation process, Jennifer kept me updated and the deal was done almost seamlessly. Jennifer was also great after I had purchased the property. She kept in touch and even sent me a photo of a tree that has blossomed in MY garden. I was also able to do a couple of inspections prior to settlement date which was really helpful. At settlement, I picked up the key from the agency and was presented with an amazing hamper, full of fruit, vegies and even a bottle of sparkling wine. What a great welcome to Kyneton pack.
