Jennifer was great throughout; from offer to settlement. I was a first time buyer and she was very good at guiding me through the entire process of purchasing a house. Jennifer was always easily contactable and a joy to deal with.

Jennifer was amazing from the word go. Her knowledge and experience to a very emotional sale showed outstanding professionalism from listing the property right through to a well deserved settlement. Jennifer's communication skills adapted at a very high standard to all the Vendors, Buyers, Tenants and other parties involved, dedicating her expertise and knowledge at the utmost highest level. Thank you Jennifer and Mitch, this could not have happened without you. Warmest regards.
Jennifer was so helpful at every stage of the sale. She was the ultimate professional during what was a fairly difficult sales process. She responded to all our correspondence in a timely manner and was always pleasant and friendly. Would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a property.
Excellent market knowledge .Leaves no stone unturned to find buyers but isn’t pushy
Jen and Mitch were super friendly, easy to talk to and made us comfortable with buying our first home. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again!!
I did not personally meet Jennifer as I bought vacant land andall contact was via telephone. Over the phone Jennifer was very friendly and appeared professional. Important information however was not disclosed before, during or after settlement such as no power connection to the block. This resulted in having to get permission from my neighbour (who I've never met) to approve underground power. The neighbour who had recently just bought the property through Jennifer had existing overhead power and stipulated that I cover all underground power connection costs to their property before they would agree to me getting power. As a result my build has been postponed for at least a month while agreements were being reached and the process for application of power is completed. Had I been given this important information before purchasing the block, I would have known that if the neighbour did not agree for my power installation the only way to get power connected would be to commence a Civil Dispute, and this knowledge would have had an influence on my overall decision to purchase the property. Whether this omission is the previous owner fault and/or Jennifer's, it is the real estate agents job to insure they have all information relating to the property for sale. To date, this has not been a pleasant experience which is a result of undisclosed information.
Jennifer hasn't had any property sale activity in the last 12 months
