We selected Jenny based on her experience in our local market and her personable and professional approach. Jenny did not oversell or over promise and was open with the limitations of our property. Jenny treated us with respect in her dealings with us and we were fully aware of the progress throughout the marketing campaign and open homes. There was no illusion to the marketing/sales strategy or promises of unique/groundbreaking techniques but rather doing everything to reach as many potential buyers as possible. As auction day approached there were no surprises on who was bidding and what the likely outcome would be. We appreciated that there were no "the market is what the market is", "anything could happen on the day", "the price is what someone is willing to pay" cliches but rather a transparent honest view of the situation.
