I can not recommend Jemery high enough he made our sale on our first home an enjoyable stress free one. With multiple offers and only on the market for a little amount of time. Our house wasn't an easy one to sell with it being on the main road and next to a set of traffic lights we knew what fight we were up for after interviewing other realestate Agents and them telling us we can only get x amount then PRD came along and got us 20k more then we expected with multiple offers to choose from.
