Jeremy was prompt in his responses and always answered them as best he could. If he was unsure of anything he referred us the relevant party. Jeremy stayed back late on a Saturday to negociate between us and the vendor. He was very friendly, honest and attentive. Excellent service!! For Jellis Craig in general to improve though we would like to see more accurate pricing guides used- the vendor's reserve price was above the advertised range. We also dont think a vendor bid should be put in above the bottom of the range (i.e a property advised for 620-680 shouldn't have a vendor bid starting at 640). This comes across as very dishonest.

We found Jeremy to be very friendly and easy to deal with throughout the process. He was accommodating in having us through to inspect the property prior to the first open, and again having us through with a contractor for inspection at a later date. We engaged a buyer's advocate so didn't negotiate the sale directly with Jeremy, but the feedback from our advocate in terms of Jeremy's conduct in negotiations was also positive. The negotiation was straight-forward - not drawn out - and both we and the vendor ended up with a sale price we were happy with. Great result for all which Jeremy helped to facilitate. As purchasers we were very happy with our interactions with Jeremy.

My only negative were the errors in the advertisement when sent to me for approval and the information sheet which had the incorrect auction date. He consistently showed us good options and listened to our needs (2) When we decided to sell, he set our pricing expectations appropriately. Gave fair advice and did not under quote to us or to potential buyers (3) during the sale process, his communication was regular, informative and responsive. We knew how the process was going and we felt comfortable with his communication with buyers. (4) He gave us very clear scenario analysis before auction date which made it easy for the day.
