Jeremy did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend him and his team. Great communication throughout the inspection/auction process and an excellent result on the day.

Jeremy was prompt in his responses and always answered them as best he could. If he was unsure of anything he referred us the relevant party. Jeremy stayed back late on a Saturday to negociate between us and the vendor. He was very friendly, honest and attentive. Excellent service!! For Jellis Craig in general to improve though we would like to see more accurate pricing guides used- the vendor's reserve price was above the advertised range. We also dont think a vendor bid should be put in above the bottom of the range (i.e a property advised for 620-680 shouldn't have a vendor bid starting at 640). This comes across as very dishonest.

We found Jeremy to be very friendly and easy to deal with throughout the process. He was accommodating in having us through to inspect the property prior to the first open, and again having us through with a contractor for inspection at a later date. We engaged a buyer's advocate so didn't negotiate the sale directly with Jeremy, but the feedback from our advocate in terms of Jeremy's conduct in negotiations was also positive. The negotiation was straight-forward - not drawn out - and both we and the vendor ended up with a sale price we were happy with. Great result for all which Jeremy helped to facilitate. As purchasers we were very happy with our interactions with Jeremy.

Jeremy provided very strait forward and honest appraisal of the property and answered all questions to the very best of his knowlege. He was very diligent in communicating with us, always returning calls and following up with all information requested.
