Jeremy was wonderful to deal with during the process of buying the land. He gave many assurances, particularly regarding the removal of some rubbish scattered on land. When we insisted on writing that the land will be cleared of rubbish in the agreement, he confidently assured us that it would be taken care of before the complete of sale. He said “trust me”. It was all a lie. Two months later, we’re still waiting for him to fulfil his promise only to be told “it’s your problem, go figure it out yourself. Get in touch with police if you want, I can’t do anything”
