Jeremy was a knowledgeable real estate professional who went the extra mile to assist us with the purchase of our new home from our first inquiry with him until the final handover (very unlike other agents we've experienced in the past when buying or selling a home, who were all promises/talk at the beginning of the process when we've signed up, only to be disappointed by the end when the sale goes through as they fall short of their promises). jeremy was a great seller. he work very hard in 2 days to get me and the seller to come to agreement to sell the house. he drove at least 15 times back and forward . to get this house sold to me. he was working until 9.00pm nearly everyday. jeremy is a great realestate and i hope and wish to get to deal with jeremy again in near future. because of the way jeremy help me buy the house. i saw that ypa was a good agent. i just handed ashlee 1 set of key to a st albans house. and number 9 royal cresent will be rented to ypa also once we finalise , i have told jeremy that. thank you ypa and jeremy
