For a person who no doubt is very busy, he was always willing to spend quite a bit of time with me discussing not only all aspects of our campaign as the campaign progressed but to also discuss other general property topics. Jeremy was a fantastic agent and auctioneer for us as first time vendors! Although we didn't catch up very often (on average, once a week over the four-five week period), each time we met in person or chatted over the phone he went above and beyond, often spending over an hour, past business hours to get the work done. His patience in our first time vendor queries and persistence with chasing our sale paid off. We received no bids at the auction (no fault of Jeremy as the auctioneer, it was just a slow bidding day!), but sold privately within two hours of the auction time at a price that we were very happy with.
