We live in Sydney and sold a property in Kew. We checked with some locals who recommended Fletchers as the best agency to use. Jeremy visited us on site and was very helpful in giving guidance on the market and what to do to the house. As the situation unfolded it turned out that the State Trustees were executor to the property. We advised Jeremy we probably could not use him as the Trustee had a panel of agents. He still went out of his way to help us after that time. Thankfully we realized we needed to get approval to use Jeremy which the Trustee did. Jeremy checked in with us regularly and post renovation guided us through all stages of the sale. The marketing was excellent and he skillfully liaised with the Trustee and ourselves in managing their needs as well as our own. He gave us confidence in investing in a renovation . The Trustee came in with a low market appraisal and Jeremy made sure it was sold at a great market rate rather than just achieving a low reserve. We felt Jeremy was truly on our team and he made us feel we were on his team. The open for inspections went well and given we were in Sydney we were relying on him to make sure all went well. He organised lawn mowings and window cleaning for us to make sure the house presented at its best. On auction day I felt positive and confident that Jeremy would deliver the goods. He knew the market, the potential bidders and worked hard to get the Trustee to change some sale conditions to meet several possible buyers needs. It took phone calls and emails and I am sure other agents would not have put in the effort that he did. The communication throughout was both both factual and reassuring.The actual auction was a success. Other beneficiaries who had not met Jeremy all commented that he really knew what he was doing and got the last dollar that he could from the buyer. I have no hesitation in recommending Jeremy and would work with him again on a property sale without thinking twice.
