Could not have wished for a better team or outcome. Jeremy, Spring, Jack, Emily, and the rest of the team were so professional, such a smooth operation from start to finish. Jeremy was able to obtain the best price and with diligence, liaising with us all the time as we had already moved to Queensland and keeping us updated. I would not hesitate to recommend the Desmier team and 100% sell with them again, genuinely are, and their diligence would be the same for a buyer.

Jeremy was very helpful in securing a contract for us to purchase as well as a contract to sell our apartment. So we relied on his advice in both transactions and found his insights to be accurate as well as helpful. His son Jack was also very professional and eager to achieve the best result for us, and he did! We got a quick sale b at the top end of our expectations.

Jeremy delivered a fantastic outcome for us. He is a total professional in terms of expertise, communication and knowledge. You are in very safe hands.

Jeremy and his team at Fletchers provided an exceptional service from the very beginning of our campaign. He was genuine, honest and approachable, which were key attributes to the success of our sale. Despite anticipating a stressful process, Jeremy was able to make the campaign feel effortless. He and his team had wonderful communication and were dedicated to following up on every potential buyer. We highly recommend Jeremy if you are looking for a top quality agent to sell your property! His performance was reflected in our sale price, which was significantly higher than the reserve price.

I recommend Jeremy’s services to anybody requiring to buy or sell a property. He has integrity and he is also a very pleasant person to deal with. His advice and knowledge of realestate issues is excellent. I have no hesitation whatsoever to recommend his real estate services to anybody wishing to buy or sell a property. Cheers, Ray Abel

I would recommend Jeremy Desmier to anyone who wishes to buy or sell a property. He is passionate about his work, shows respect for his clients and is extremely trustworthy.

Jeremy provided sound and realistic advice throughout our campaign. None of the usual extra tactics that can sometimes creep in. No qualms whatsoever in recommending Jeremy.

It’s been a tough time to sell a one bedroom apartment, but for over 12 months Jeremy kept chipping away and finally got the job done. And what’s more, the price he sold it for was higher than the asking price. I would highly recommend Jeremy and his team as a selling agent.

Jeremy Desmier has been very professional and knowledgeable in marketing our property. He is totally dependable in managing the sales of our property. He has a great team of associates to assist us to successfully sell our property. We are fully satisfied with Jeremy and Fletchers Canterbury services.

We are incredibly grateful to Jeremy Desmier and his team for guiding us through the sale of a family home.
