Jeremy was very helpful throughout the whole process of purchasing the property. Very hands on with the support and timely with progress updates. Even going so far as referring trades even after purchase.
He doesn’t have any market knowledge !all of ideas for selling the property are from my suggestion ! That’s terrible communication, the communication always changed to be argument.everytime when I try to talk to him,he always brings that he has sold many million dollars properties he doesn’t care to sell my unit ; of course he is not professionalism at all . The price of final sold was got by my so much explanation to him and told him how to do that.he would sell the property price much lower than that And that’s not the price I would like to sell, but I couldn’t do any more with him in selling the property.I just want to get rid of the stress
In purchasing our property Jeremy went above and beyond, from allowing us viewings outside of normal hours, at the last minute to ensuring pre settlement jobs were completed and the property was clean - even going to the extent of doing a lot of jobs himself. First time listing a property for sale. Jeremy was the first and only agent I contacted. I got his contact details by enquiring about another property he was selling. Jeremy is a very friendly, approachable and down to earth guy, explained everything in simple terms. We had planned for auction sale but after a week and half on the market with only 3 open homes, we accepted a pre-auction offer which we were happy with and feel it was the best outcome for us. The only small hiccup I had was that Jeremy wasn't able to make one of the open homes so a colleague had to fill in but understand that agents are people with families too. Jeremy has great interpersonal skills and his response time to any calls, emails or messages was always immediate. If I need an agent in the future I wouldn't waste my time considering anyone else.
