First time listing a property for sale. Jeremy was the first and only agent I contacted. I got his contact details by enquiring about another property he was selling. Jeremy is a very friendly, approachable and down to earth guy, explained everything in simple terms. We had planned for auction sale but after a week and half on the market with only 3 open homes, we accepted a pre-auction offer which we were happy with and feel it was the best outcome for us. The only small hiccup I had was that Jeremy wasn't able to make one of the open homes so a colleague had to fill in but understand that agents are people with families too. Jeremy has great interpersonal skills and his response time to any calls, emails or messages was always immediate. If I need an agent in the future I wouldn't waste my time considering anyone else.

As I am new to sellling houses , i feel I don’t have a benchmark to compare . I only ever met Jeremy and did not meet with other estate agents . In saying that I did find Jeremy kind informative and knowledgeable . On the other side I was a recent widow and existing on a pension which didn’t make me feel in control when Jeremy kept suggesting painting of the house etc . I realise that it would have probably been beneficial to selling but I just didn’t have the money to do up the house . I think it probably sold for less than it’s worth but i was so tired and frustrated with everything going on in different parts of my life that I just wanted it done .
