As I am new to sellling houses , i feel I don’t have a benchmark to compare . I only ever met Jeremy and did not meet with other estate agents . In saying that I did find Jeremy kind informative and knowledgeable . On the other side I was a recent widow and existing on a pension which didn’t make me feel in control when Jeremy kept suggesting painting of the house etc . I realise that it would have probably been beneficial to selling but I just didn’t have the money to do up the house . I think it probably sold for less than it’s worth but i was so tired and frustrated with everything going on in different parts of my life that I just wanted it done .

Jeremy was brilliant to work with, quick and efficient and answered all our questions openly and honestly. He made himself available when we needed to access the property and was instrumental in finding us quality tradespeople to conduct work.

I am disappointed by the service I received from the team at Property Collective. Jeremy himself was pleasant to deal with and on the whole did a good job, but he changed arranged opening times and dates which made things harder for me to organise open home sessions with my tenant. Jeremy was available for me when I needed information but the information seemed fluid rather than concrete. I felt that Jeremy promised above his honest expectations to win my business. Very quickly into the process he began to use the phrase 'market says ..' a lot and I do not believe he did as wide coverage of potential buyers as he indicated he would. What made the whole experience worse was the appalling service from the people in ‘the office’. On three occasions I sent emails in response to some contact from individuals such as Charmain and Alenn and I did not even receive an acknowledgement of my email, let alone a reply. I also called a few times and got a voice recording that was not even personalised to the company. Needless to say, nobody called back.

We're so happy we chose Jeremy Grobben for our real estate process needs. His experience and patient approach, made this otherwise stressful event a smooth and successful process. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for excellent real estate services.
