We met Jeremy at two Open For Inspections prior to the Auction. He created a good first impression that was reinforced at later meetings, and particularly on the day of the Auction. We were the purchasers, but there was no high pressure from Jeremy; just quiet competence and willingness to engage in discussion and develop a valued sense of confidence in him. Since the sale, Jeremy has been pro-active in matters that require his assistance in the time prior to Settlement.
