Jeremy was exceptionally well prepared when we met him being able to answer the questions we had and when he couldn't would quickly get back to us. He went out of his way to ensure that we could inspect the property at a time that worked for us and was prompt when communicating with us over the phone and via email. In the lead up to bidding he was great with responding and providing any necessary information and during the bidding he was clear with what was going on and made us feel like he was working for us not just the seller!
