The polish and professionalism was fantastic and made us feel fully engaged and informed. Jeremy put us at ease from the start, but the service and great customer experience didn’t stop once we were signed up, which is what usually happens with others in our experience. Without giving you guys all the credit, the result we think was a perfect storm of some presentation efforts in getting the place ready, some really great advice and local market knowledge, an excellent campaign with a very professional and skilled selling machine, coupled with a location in high demand……how could we go wrong…. Lastly, at the end of the day it was only a 2 bedroom Unit, and only 1 of many properties auctioned on the day, but from the experience and service we received, it might as well have been a $5m mansion. We couldn’t imagine the service being, or needing to be, any better. To this end we would have no hesitation in recommending Jeremy and Gary Peer and Associates to any selling in the area.
