In order to sell our property there were a number of challenges including the falling market and property requiring work. Jeremy was very efficient at organising trades people to complete the work very quickly in less than 2 weeks. So much that we didn’t have to do anything. Then with the sale campaign Jeremy contributed greatly to a very strategic campaign with the end result the property selling off market in less than 2 weeks well above our expectations. Which is a tremendous result in the current market. As such we are extremely happy with the service from Jeremy. Jeremy was fantastic! He was very responsive and accommodating to my needs and inquiries. He even took the time to test the stove top, dishwasher, oven and dryer with me. There were a couple of occasions where I needed to organise an inspection ASAP before work hours. Despite the place being tenanted, Jeremy made it happen.
