Everything about Jerome Briggs was amazing. Having only seen a sold sign on another house around the corner from ours, we met Jerome at our rental property. We discussed what had sold in the area, what we thought the house was worth, how we wanted the marketing to go, and more importantly what we didn't want to do, and Jerome listened. Once on the market Jerome went above and beyond what other agents have done for us in the past. Because we didn't live in the area he check our house regularly put our bins in when we weren't there and attending to many little details that we are really thankful for.
