Everything about Jerome Briggs was amazing. Having only seen a sold sign on another house around the corner from ours, we met Jerome at our rental property. We discussed what had sold in the area, what we thought the house was worth, how we wanted the marketing to go, and more importantly what we didn't want to do, and Jerome listened. Once on the market Jerome went above and beyond what other agents have done for us in the past. Because we didn't live in the area he check our house regularly put our bins in when we weren't there and attending to many little details that we are really thankful for. I would recommend Jerome to anyone who is thinking of selling as he has a informed knowledge of the area, knows what some of the pit falls when selling and presenting our house and his team produced some fantastic pictures that were a true representation of the house. Jerome kept us up to date with the open houses and he never sugar coated what the buyers were saying about our home. Jerome is not a flashy sale person he isn't someone who is trying to promote himself rather he is just a down to earth type of person who is always looking to how he can sell your property and if there is a problem of any kind he is looking for a solution. We are so thankful that he sold our property quickly and with little stress. Well done Jerome.

From our first meeting Jerome was Professional, Knowledgeable and he made it easy for us.
