About Jerome

Jerome is a fifth generation Tasmanian, husband to Vanessa, father to Tara and Tristan, and one of Southern Tasmania’s most successful real estate agents. Jerome commenced his career in 2006 rising quickly within industry ranks by drawing on his significant experience in national and international sales, combined with his extensive business management background. His natural ability to quickly build rapport with clients and colleagues has earned him an enviable reputation in an industry that is fast-paced, results-focused and client service orientated. In 2009 Jerome became an accredited auctioneer and has since conducted over 100 auctions in Tasmania selling almost every listed property with a high percentage sold under the hammer. He was recently involved in one of Hobart’s biggest residential land auctions, selling 9 allotments under the hammer on the day and achieving an astonishing $3.9 million-dollar result for the client. In 2014 Jerome was approached to join the Harcourt's Signature team and been integral in helping build the business in conjunction with Principals, Greg Gottschalk and Candice Gottschalk. Jerome’s ongoing success has seen him achieve 8th place in the prestigious Harcourt's State Top 20 list for 2018 and is a true testament to his dedication, commitment and ability to achieve exceptional results for his clients.
