We had our unit at Harbourtown Villas on the market from the end of March last year but there was no worthwhile interest in it until Jerry Zhang took over the management of the complex. Almost immediately results came in. We were very impressed with Jerry's tenacity in pursuing a prospective buyer. Also, he was outstanding in keeping us informed of developments. This was especially important for us as we were in West Australia at the time. Even though we have never had the pleasure of meeting Jerry face-to-face we quickly realised that he was a 'straight shooter' and there was no doubting his integrity.
