My Mum and I engaged Ben and Jesal to sell my grandmother’s home. Jesal and Ben were both very easy to deal with. Jesal even went out of his way to do private inspections with potential buyers when they couldn’t attend the two set open times each week. Jesal and Ben were in constant communication and updated us throughout the process. They were professional and friendly and positive – even though we were worried we wouldn’t sell at all. Jasal Joshi is a nice guy with good and strong customer taking SKILLS. In start of the deal I was not happy because I felt that most of the Agent always favour the owner what ever buying or renting because they get commission from them but in my case Jasal advise me to put maximum offer so that I could get the home in one hand. It is positive, I like the house and I got that but on other hand I might can save more money if I put a bit less offer. Overall owner wants to sell his property. So I was fifty fifty with this deal but at the end he convinced me that I made a good decision THANKS JASAL REGARD RAI

Jersal was a professional agent who predicted realistic views and was completely honest about the market, expected price and how long on the market it would be. Jersal also kept us in the loop at all times, even if it was minor feedback.
