Jasal Joshi is a nice guy with good and strong customer taking SKILLS. In start of the deal I was not happy because I felt that most of the Agent always favour the owner what ever buying or renting because they get commission from them but in my case Jasal advise me to put maximum offer so that I could get the home in one hand. It is positive, I like the house and I got that but on other hand I might can save more money if I put a bit less offer. Overall owner wants to sell his property. So I was fifty fifty with this deal but at the end he convinced me that I made a good decision THANKS JASAL REGARD RAI
