But here is the extra bit - what I observed to be Jess's defining characteristic. Quite simply, it is the mix of clinical approach and charming personality. (Please note, I do not see the terms clinical and charming as gender-specific.) There were many instances of this mix in action during the saga of selling my property. She pulled it off. She put up with me. I am a very critical person with nothing to criticise here!
