The perfumed steamroller

Jess is obviously a successful real estate agent, and successful people in any profession usually have characteristics in common. The most desirable in real estate appear to be high-level communication skills, professionalism, and a deep understanding of the market. Plus, IMO, "imagination". Jess demonstrated all of those. But here is the extra bit - what I observed to be Jess's defining characteristic. Quite simply, it is the mix of clinical approach and charming personality. (Please note, I do not see the terms clinical and charming as gender-specific.) There were many instances of this mix in action during the saga of selling my property. She pulled it off. She put up with me. I am a very critical person with nothing to criticise here!
