We were very happy with the service Jess provided. The communication of her and her team are second to none. We were interstate sellers that weren’t getting the price we wanted initially. Jess was honest about the market and we decided to do some cosmetic renovations. Jess helped chase trades, accomodating of quotes and work, and provided almost daily photos/communication of progress. The result was a price we were very happy with, and it played it out exactly how Jess had said the market was. This resulted in a lot more work and time for Jess but got a result we were happy with.
