Selling my townhouse was a completely new experience for me, and Jess and her team made the entire process feel straightforward and stress-free. As someone with no real experience in selling a home, I really appreciated being able to rely on their expertise. At the same time, I never felt shut out of the process. I was kept informed with regular updates via email, SMS, calls, photos, and marketing reports, so I always knew what was happening and never felt disconnected from the process.
