Kind, patient and accomodating - great REA for first home buyers

Jess and her team have been amazing REA's to deal with as a first home buyer. They've been exceedingly kind, patient and knowledgeable to work with, and as a first home buyer this has made all of the difference to me. After 18 months in the market in Canberra I was really losing faith, but really lucked out finding a property I loved with Jess, Sienna and Matt leading on the sale. They stuck through my uncertainty and inexperience, and made me really comfortable making the MANY leaps that you need to buying your first property. Jess was even kind enough to 'open' the property after offer for my parents to look through. All of the little extra efforts have made this a really lively buying experience to date..
