The previous agent gave up selling my place and stopped communication. Despite one customer backing out due to delay on documentation, Jess persisted and kept in in the loop on what was happening. She never wavered till we found a new buyer. Have sold a few properties her in Australia and Canada, and she was the best that I have worked with.
