I was regularly kept informed of the progress with the sale and the team provided excellent and detailed reports on the status of prospective purchasers on a weekly basis which was very helpful. The sale process took place in a difficult market with rising interest rates keeping buyers on the sidelines - this made it quite difficult for the teams to extract offers from potential purchasers. Jess worked hard and effectively to solicit competition among buyers and was able to secure an acceptable offer prior to auction. Overall, a very good experience with Belle Property Lane Cove.

Jess Goodman did an excellent job selling our house . He was always frank and worked very hard to convert interest in our property into a sale.
