We only met Jess once but had a number of phone calls. He quickly worked out who we were as buyers and in a very professional manner made a good sale. Obviously he was working for the vendor but managed the sale in a way to meet everyone’s needs.

Fairly quick from viewing to auction so not tons of back and forth with the agent but the experience was good, hew was clearly passionate & knowledgeable about the location! Agent was fairly 'salesy', I know this is their job but it can come across as less authentic. Junior agent working alongside the main agent was great and came across very genuine. Both agents showed us the property outside of working hours at short notice without any fuss which was highly regarded.

Jess was extremely easy to work with throughout the entire campaign. We were never left feeling in the dark at any stage of the process with updates coming regularly, and the lines of communication always open. It is evident that Jess is extremely hardworking and prides himself on this. Jess made the entire selling process much less stressful than what it could have been as we always felt we had our best interests at the forefront and we were happy with the price that was reached at auction.
