Jess was so great to work with - nothing was too much trouble & she walked us through the whole process, step by step, as we'd never sold a property before! She handled an open home with 30 groups coming through & then chased up all the relevant information from 18 separate offers! She answered all our questions (even the silly ones) & chased things up for us a few times. We really appreciate all her hard work. The results were beyond what we ever could've thought. Jess is an honest, straight forward realistic agent who has great communication with their seller, looking after them in their best interests. In saying this she looked after us as the buyer ensuring we had all questions answered and availability to the property when needed. Jess goes out of her way to add last minute touches if agreed. We were very happy with Jess's work from our perspective. Even though we were not the ones paying for her services, she was always helpful. When the seller wanted to finalise earlier than originally intended, after an unsatisfactory pre-settlement walk-through, Jess was able to convey to the seller that it wasn't going to be possible. And while technically, we could not even expect a clean house, Jess's standard required that, so that we could move straight in. She made the process easy.
