I encountered several obstacles while trying to sell my home which extended out to a 9 month period, which included navigating formally establishing a body corporate after 12 years of owning the property (a new experience for me), our initial sale offer falling through, and a neighbour raising concerns and wanting the prospective buyer to be informed (rightfully so). All of which Jess tenaciously provided help and assistance with, she was honest, upfront and extremely professional.
