Where to start? I needed my house sold quickly. Jess did not disappoint. She sold it so quickly I was not quite ready for the first contract and panicked knowing I could not clear out of the house in the desired time frame so I didnt sign (to my detriment). After many months I finally had it market ready and as per usual Jess worked her magic. I had a partially empty house which I believe is probably harder to sell but Jess never doubted for a minute she could move it quickly and she did. Yes her fees are a tad higher than other agents but I guess you get what you pay for. I could have used another agent but I have seen her in action and I know she works for the Seller, not the buyer, so I would not hesitate to recommend her. Then off course there is the rest of the team working behind the scenes to ensure you are kept up to date with progress reports which I might add are very detailed.
