Jess was very honest and direct and extremely efficient about selling out home at 22 Millwood Street Heritage Park, she asked us if we were ready to move quickly. Please let me start by saying my name is Catherine aka Cathie not Kathy and it is not 8 Quiet Ct, Heritage Park QLD 4118 it is 8 Henna Place Heritage Park, sorry for being picky. Now Jess, thank you for the assistance in the sale of 8 Henna Place although far from the prices you initially were quoting we were excited but as time went on and on we where now facing losses around the $5000.00 mark and still no sale, thank goodness for the now New Owners hoping they enjoy the property of which I say we could have gotten more for, sucks being so far away from the action.
