Jess was great from the start! There was some mucking around with transferring the property from another managing firm, but Jess and her team took care of this seamlessly.... I had nothing to worry about. She organised with the current tenant to get the house prepared for the open homes and dealt with some maintenance issues without fuss. Once the house went on the market, Jess gave me comprehensive updates after every inspection. There were 3 scheduled over the first fortnight and the attendance figures were promising. On the 3rd open home, someone was already tire kicking and Jess turned them into genuine buyers. The final price was a few k over what I expected.
