As a buyer's agent, I deal with many agents and experience a broad range of negotiation ‘tactics’, often to the detriment of the vendor. Dealing with Jesse was straightforward. This was an off market transaction which is a little trickier to negotiate however Jesse communicated every step of the way and the transparency he demonstrated meant that both vendor and purchaser achieved the best outcome.
