Outside of family, there are few things in life more important than the possession of a home: choosing someone to sell your home, which is tied to your emotions and then, allowing them to take charge of declaring and achieving it’s value, comes with a duty of care on the vendors part. You have to choose wisely: weighing up your initial impressions. Ask yourself; does their appearance, their attitude, their style, match how you feel about your property ie: how you want it to be represented. Are they punctual, respectful and do they have common sense. We chose Jesse by evaluating these attributes. All agents begin by expecting good things to happen, but can they treat any objections as a request for further information and can they remain calm when you need reassurance, not a lecture. Jesse was ever mindful of his role in this process; he always treated us with respect, kept us informed and remained enthusiastic.
