We just went to see the auction and to keep in-touch with the Market. 3 hours later we signed a contract. You have to choose wisely: weighing up your initial impressions. Ask yourself; does their appearance, their attitude, their style, match how you feel about your property ie: how you want it to be represented. Are they punctual, respectful and do they have common sense. We chose Jesse by evaluating these attributes. All agents begin by expecting good things to happen, but can they treat any objections as a request for further information and can they remain calm when you need reassurance, not a lecture.
