As a buyer, we had good experience with Jesse. We were late for our first inspection of the property. We called Jesse's assistant Jemma and she stayed in the property longer so we could inspect the property. Jemma was very patient during our first inspection. A few days later, we arranged a private inspection. Jesse opened the door for us. It was a dark and code night. Jesse was also very patient with us, allowing us to have thorough inspection of the property. Later that week, we arranged building and plumbing inspection of the property. As both inspections were arranged with short notice, we really appreciate that Jesse could accommodate the inspections. In the afternoon before auction, we put forward an offer, which was accepted by the vendor. We signed contract on Friday evening. I can see using Jesse as my sale agent in the future. Making buyers comfortable benefits sellers too.
