We had narrowed down our search to two agencies/agents and Jesse from Clarke & Humel won the mandate due to the detailed preparation and research that went into his proposal to us. Jesse provided excellent updates after each open which allowed us to really understand who was competing for the property. He also kept us apprised of comparable properties that were in the market at the time and which way buyers were leaning. Again the communication and updates were prompt and detail and we were never left wondering what was happening.
